How students are chosen.
Selection is structured so that no single person decides, and no Crew member influences funding.

Applications are reviewed in stages against published criteria.

Independent committee
A selection committee with strict conflict-of-interest safeguards.

Majority vote
Every award is a documented majority decision.

Documented outcomes
We record what was funded, for whom, and what came of it.

GoXL is not "apply, take a trip, leave." A student who gets one experience joins the GoXL Crew, and the Crew is where the next ones come from.
